Return/Exchange Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within a 14-day window from the date the product is received by the client. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unworn and in mint condition when it is returned back to The DMND Shop. Please ensure that all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, we are happy to assist you. The same 14-day window applies, and the product must be in unworn and mint condition. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If a new order needs to be placed, please be aware that it will take between 2-3 additional weeks for delivery. 

Damaged Products:

It is important to inspect your jewelry upon receipt. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the necessary criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that damaged products, items not in their original condition, and items outside the 14-day return window are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, any personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
