At DUSANTÉ, every piece is designed with intention and crafted to last. This policy explains how shipping works, when to expect delivery, and what to do if anything goes wrong with your order.

 

1) Order Processing & Made-to-Order Timeline

 

Most DUSANTÉ pieces are made to order.

  • Jewelry Creation Timeline: Typically 3–4 weeks from order to delivery
  • If you need to update an order after purchase, changes may be possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions, high order volume), timelines may extend slightly.

 

2) Shipping Cost

 

We offer Free & Fast Shipping (as shown on our site/product experience). Any upgraded shipping options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

 

3) Delivery Estimates

 

Delivery timing depends on two phases:

  • Production time (for made-to-order items)
  • Transit time (carrier delivery time once shipped.

 

For made-to-order jewelry, the overall timeframe is typically 3–4 weeks from order to delivery. For exact delivery estimates to your address, refer to the shipping method shown at checkout and the tracking link once your order ships.

 

4) Tracking & Notifications

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Please allow time for tracking to update after the label is created.

 

5) Signature, Secure Delivery & Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Because DUSANTÉ items are valuable, secure delivery practices may be used (such as delivery confirmation and/or signature requirements, depending on destination and carrier).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to request an address update, contact us immediately—changes are most feasible within the 24-hour post-order window.

 

6) International Orders, Duties & Taxes

 

If you’re ordering from outside the shipping origin country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside of our control.

 

7) Split Shipments

 

If your order includes multiple items with different production timelines, items may ship separately (where applicable). If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates.

 

8) Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can guide you through the next steps.
  • If your order appears incorrect or you believe something is missing, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.

 

9) Returns & Shipping Costs for Returns

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive the item, provided the product is unworn and in mint condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
